How I work
The people who do a job know what is wrong with it, so the work starts with them. Nothing changes over until the new way has been run beside the old way on real work.
Recording and your information
I use recording, transcription and AI tools in this work. They are named before anything is recorded, everyone in the room is asked, and anyone who would rather not be recorded is given written notes instead. Where your information goes is checked before I use any of it, and what happens to it afterwards is your decision.
